Book a free inspection
Call, text or use the form. We set a time that suits you, usually within two working days, sooner after a storm.
See what we found
We walk the whole roof and the attic where we can reach it, and send you dated photos of everything we saw, good and bad.
Get an itemized estimate
You get a written estimate that lists materials and labor line by line, plus the permit, before any work is booked.
We do the work and clean up
We pull the permit, build to the current Florida Building Code, pass the inspection and sweep the yard for nails.
Help with your insurance claim
Your insurer decides the claim. We make sure your adjuster sees everything that happened to your roof.

Had a leak over the lanai for months. Turned out to be cracked tile at a valley. Fixed in an afternoon and they cleaned up every chip.

Got a text back within a minute when I called after hours, and booked the inspection from my phone. Easiest contractor I've dealt with.

Questions homeowners ask
How soon can you inspect my roof?
Most inspections happen within two working days of your call. After a hurricane or a big summer storm the list gets longer, so we work through it in the order calls come in and tell you honestly when we can get there.
Do you work on tile and metal roofs, or only shingles?
All three. Architectural shingle, concrete and clay tile, and standing seam metal make up nearly every residential roof in the Tampa Bay area, and each one fails in its own way, so we inspect and price them differently.
Will you deal with my insurance company for me?
No. Florida law doesn't allow a roofing contractor to interpret your policy or adjust a claim for you. What we do is document the damage with dated photos and a written report and give you an itemized estimate, so you have what you need when you talk to your insurer.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof?
Yes. A full roof replacement in Tampa, Brandon or Riverview needs a building permit, and the work has to pass inspection. We pull the permit ourselves and the cost is on your estimate as its own line.
My insurer says my roof is too old. What can I do?
Under Florida law an insurer can't refuse to renew a policy only because a roof is under 15 years old. For a roof 15 years or older, you can have it inspected first, and if it shows at least 5 years of useful life left, age alone can't be the reason for a refusal. We can do that inspection and give you the report.
